How to report a documentation issue, ask an integration question, or escalate a blocker.

We route every partner request to a dedicated GitLab Service Desk connected to this documentation's repository. Your email becomes a tracked issue that the KeySuite team sees immediately: no GitLab account required on your side.

KeySuite is a small, hands-on team. We reply as quickly as we reasonably can, but no response-time SLA is offered on this channel. If you need guaranteed response times, a dedicated partnership agreement is required: contact us to discuss.

What to include

To help us triage quickly, please include:

  • Your company name and the technical contact's email
  • Which documentation page the issue is about (URL)
  • Your integration stage: design, development, pilot, or production
  • What you expected vs. what happened, with request/response samples if relevant
  • Logs or screenshots (please remove tokens and credentials before sending)

The email body can be free-form: we apply our template automatically when we pick up the ticket.

What happens next

  1. Your email is converted to a GitLab issue in the trousseau/docs project
  2. We triage it as soon as we can
  3. You receive a reply by email: every reply is synchronised with the underlying issue
  4. When resolved, the issue is closed and you're notified

Help us triage

We use the following levels internally to sort incoming tickets. You don't have to set one yourself: just adding a keyword in the subject helps us catch urgent ones faster:

Flagging a ticket doesn't create an obligation on our side: it just helps us pick up the right one first.

Security vulnerabilities

If you believe you've found a security issue in Trousseau or its documentation, do not report it via the Service Desk. Instead, email security@keysuite.app directly. See the security policy for details.

Community channels

For non-blocking questions, public discussions, or sharing integration patterns with other partners, we don't currently run a public channel: reach us via Service Desk and we'll consider opening one if demand grows.
